Bill Dulaney

William L. "Bill" Dulaney, age 76 of Columbia, died Sunday, May 5 at NHC-Maury Regional Transitional Care Center in Columbia.A native of West Virginia, Bill was the son of the late William L. (Sr) and Leo Deliah Dulaney. He was a retired air traffic controller with the United States Air Force, and member of the Maury Hills Church.In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife: Edna Luci Dulaney in July, 2009. He is survived by son: William A. "Tony" and Susan Spain of Columbia, Edwin Keith and Olga Spain of Nashville, and Barry D. Spain of Columbia; 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.A Celebration of Bill's life will be at a later date, and details will be posted here as soon as available.
