Charles Ransom

Charles Gray Ransom JR., died Sunday, October 18th, 2020. Born April 16th, 1943 he was the son of the late Charles Gray Ransom and Julian Walton Ransom. He grew up in Nashville, and graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of South. Before recently moving back to Nashville he lived in Richmond, V.A., where he worked for Media General and he retired to Leesburg, F.L. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Ransom Cournoyer (John) of Kenilworth, I.L., his grandchildren Madeline and Walton, and his sister Julie Ann Ransom of Atlanta, G.A. Burial will be held at St. George's Episcopal Church, 4715 Harding Pike, Nashville, T.N. 37205.
