Cleora Sophia Hermening Binger, wife of Clark E Binger, and daughter of the late Fred and Ella Kissner Harmening, died peacefully on January 17, 2016 at her home in Franklin, TN.She was a native of Redfield, SD and had recently relocated to middle Tennessee to be near her daughter.She will be laid to rest at Ft.
