RAMSAY, Jr.,Clyde Wilhoit, 81, of Cookeville, TN died Sunday, July 7, 2013. He was born to the late Clyde W. and Katheryn Jaynes Ramsay Sr., March 23, 1932, in Knoxville, TN. Clyde graduated from Oak Ridge High School and obtained a BS degree as well as a MBA from Tennessee Tech University. He served his country in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Delong. Clyde is survived by his wife Helen Fay Ramsay; his children, Greg, Jeff, and Leigh Ann; and brother Jerry Ramsay. Visitation and memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Cookeville, TN.
