Age 40, survived by son Tyler Chance Smith, mother Debbie Rafert Smith, sister Kelly Suzanne Smith, and brother Matthew Wade Smith all of Nashville as well as extended family and many friends.A Celebration of Craig’s life will begin at 4 PM Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Picnic Pavilion in Centennial Park and will then move to the Springwater at dark for further remembrances.
