David Wayne Stevens, age 70 of Ashland City, TN, departed this life on November 9, 2021. Born to J Stevens and Ruby Kulow, David entered this life on March 14, 1951 in Liberal, KS. David spent time in the National Guard and also as a carpenter. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sue Stevens.
