CAMPBELL-PEREZ, Diane Nicole age 26 of Madison, Tennessee passed away March 27, 2013. She is survived by her mother, Sharon Dawson; two brothers, Mick Tvaroch and Joshua(Priscilla) Tvaroch; three children, Angel, Jeremiah, and Leanna. A Memorial Service will be held Friday April 5, 2013 at 4pm at The First Westleyan Church, 611 Shelby Ave. Nashville, TN. 37206.
