Dr. Bennie "Marty" Fulbright

Dr. Bennie "Marty" Fulbright of New Concord, KY, age 55, passed away August 23, 2023. He was born in Spartanburg, SC on June 1, 1968. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Anita Fulbright. He is survived by his two sons, Rhodes and Cade Fulbright and Life Partner and mother of his beloved children Julie Frudd, all of Paris,TN. In addition he is survived by his father, Bennie R. Fulbright of Spartanburg, SC, sister Cher (Paul) Tauscher of Pace, FL, and one nephew and niece, Benjamin and Holland Tauscher. 

Dr. Fulbright received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College, and his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Orthopedics at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC. He was Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Fulbright currently worked at Marshall County Hospital in Benton, KY. 

Dr. Fulbright was a dedicated and loving father to his two sons Rhodes and Cade. He also loved doing research of any kind, writing, telling stories and teaching everyone about things he learned during his life and extensive research. He was a positive light to the healthcare community. He loved his hospital family and most especially his patients. He would go above and beyond for everyone no matter what they needed. 

Dr. Bennie "Marty" Fulbright leaves a legacy of intelligence, kindness and goodness.
