Erin E. Peacock

Erin Peacock, 31, of Nashville, TN passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, April 19, 2026 after 14-month-long battle with neuroendocrine cancer. Erin grew up on a grain farm in Fairmount, IN and attended Madison-Grant Schools where she enjoyed dance and softball as a young girl, Cross Country and Track, and showing pigs throughout the Midwest. Erin attended college at Purdue University where she was a part of the Delta Gamma sorority and met many of her life-long friends. After graduation in 2017, she moved to Louisville, KY to work for Farm Credit Mid America. One weekend on a bachelorette trip to Nashville, TN, Erin met Vinnie. After dating for a year, Erin moved to Nashville to be with Vinnie and they wed on November 11, 2022. In March 2024, they welcomed their daughter, Birdie. Throughout her life, Erin was the light of every room she walked in. Her smile and laughter was infectious, causing her to amass a large group of friends and family members that greatly adored her.

She is survived by her husband, Vinnie Paolizzi; daughter, Birdie Paolizzi; dog, Riley; parents, Todd and Traci Peacock; brother and sister-in-law, Clint and Jenna Peacock; grandparents, Bob and Jane Peacock and Jane Underwood; parent-in-laws, Vince and Celeste Paolizzi; sister-in-laws, Sophie and Katie (fiancé Noah) Paolizzi; and grandfather-in-law, Vince Paolizzi. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jim Underwood, and grandparent-in-laws, Barbara Paolizzi and Louis and Germaine Piombino.

Celebrations of Erin’s Life will be held in Fairmount, IN (Sunday, May 31st); Nashville, TN (Sunday,June 14th- Erin’s Birthday); and Philadelphia, PA (Date TBD). Information for these services will be announced at a later time.
