He leaves behind his father; sister: Leslie Butler Mitchell; brother- in-law:John Mitchell; niece: Lauren Mitchell; aunt: Kathy Butler Townsend (Scott); uncle: Talmadge Wilson (Christine).
He is preceded in death by his mother, grandparents, and great uncle.
Brian was a member of Belle Meade United Methodist Church where services will be held on Thursday, October 10th. Visitation from 1-2pm and a memorial service at 2 pm .
In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial to the non-profit that cared for Brian for many years. Mid-TN Supported Living, Inc. Suite 215, 1161 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville, TN 37217 .
