Howard Gipson

Mr. Howard Douglas Gipson, age 92 of Nashville, passed away June 19, 2015 at Bethany Health and Rehab Center in Nashville.A native of Chestnut Mound, TN, he was the son of the late William McCalvin and Narcissa Price Gipson.He served his country during WWII in the United States Army and retired from Ford Glass Plant.He is survived by his wife of 74years: Clara Mixon Gipson; two children: Richard Gipson of Fairview, TN and Susan Watson of Vero Beach, FL; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.Mr. Gipson was preceded in death by a daughter: Jane Marie Cobb.NASHVILLE FUNERAL AND CREMATION 615-256-1605
