Howell Thomas(Tommy) Osborne, born November 8, 1965 in Springfield to James and Ruby (Keith) Osborne, passed away at Crestview Hospital, Saturday, August 10, 2013. He was 47. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents: James and Ruby Osborne; Step-Father, Ernest Brewington; sister Wendell Gail (Osborne) Henderson; brother-in-law, Dwight Henderson; Best friend, Gary Gentry; and the love of his life, Cindy Smith. Tommy is survived by his sisters, Patsy(Osborne) Anglea of Franklin Ky. Ruby Nell (Osborne) Barrow of Springfield,TN. Robbie(Osborne) Nelson of Guymon, Oklahoma, Deborah (Osborne) Hall of Springfield,TN.; brothers, Jim Osborne of Mt. Juliet, TN. Ray Osborne of Florida, Charles, John R. and Jody Osborne of Springfield, TN. Many nieces and nephews who loved their Uncle Tommy. Tommy loved his family, and he enjoyed writing. He will be missed by all. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, August, 17, 2013 at Travis Price Park at 4:00 pm for family and friends who wish to attend.
