Today we bid farewell to John Joseph Tierney of Nashville, TN, known as "Jack" by friends and family.
Jack, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, was born in New York City on December 11, 1938 to John Joseph Tierney and Mary Seley Tierney. He died in Smyrna, TN on March 4, 2014 from cancer-related complications.
He is survived by: Sister, Maureen Moody of Tampa, FL; Sons, Clifford Tierney and wife Cele and Joseph Tierney and wife Anne.; Grandchildren, Torin Tierney, Zoe Tierney, Lily Tierney, Olivia Tierney, and Brogan Tierney
Niece, Leigh Moody of Springfield, MO.
