Joyce Draper

Joyce L. Draper, age 74 of Portland, passed away April 15 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.She is survived by three children: Teresa (Darryall) Rayls, Ricky (Conchita) Anderson and Ronald Fryer; grandchildren: Michael Gunter, Rachel Anderson, Nikki Anderson, Cody Fryer and Cory Fryer; step-children: William Henry, Robert Draper, Rebecca Weaver, Michael (Cathleen) Neal; and step-grandchildren: Porsha Neal and Michael Neal, Amber Rayls, Ashley Goodman and Amanda Rayls.Joyce was affectionately known by friends and family as "Mom." She adored her family and shared a sense of humor and independent life with them. She was fun loving, enjoyed social gatherings and worked to provide for her family. In addition to her family, she loved her dog, Mac.
