Kristi Rene Irving

Kristi Rene Irving, 51, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on 1/25/26 after battling an illness.

Born in Noblesville, Indiana in 1974 to Michel and Sue Grinstead, Kristi grew up in Westfield, Indiana. She attended Westfield High School (1993) before studying Photojournalism at Ball State University.

Always passionate about photography, Kristi was a staff photographer/writer for The Wake Weekly newspaper in Wake Forest, North Carolina. She also shot for Fonville Morisey realty in Raleigh, NC before opening her own business, Kristi Irving Photography.

Kristi was at her best and happiest when surrounded by family and friends. May her memory be a blessing for us all.

Kristi is survived by her husband Ryan Irving, son Owen Irving, parents Michel Grinstead and Sue Harrison, sister Kara Doerfler (Eric), and niece Ruby Doerfler.
