Retired in 2014 from long career in accounting. Survived by devoted wife Jan M. Danforth and son Michael C. Danforth (Valerie); and brothers Ronald B. Danforth (Olivia), John S. Danforth, and Lawrence A. Danforth. Preceded in death by parents John F. Danforth and Laura A. Danforth. Family plans a private memorial.
