Michael Sapp

Michael L. Sapp, Age 62, Ashland City, Tn. Mike was granted his angel wings on January 4th, 2014 in his home after a hard fought battle with Lung Cancer. At his request No service will be held. He was born in Maryland. Mike could do anything he put his mind to.He was in the Transportation Industry for many years UTS/SET Transportation, Mesilla Valley Transportation, Western Express, Shipper Transport, UPS and some others. He was very knowledgeable of many facets of this Industry. He was a Truck driver, Recruiter, Safety & Compliance manager and was also a Vet. Mike loved to fish, loved the Ocean, and enjoyed boating, playing pool, watching Westerns, having fun with his family & his dog "Buddy".He is survived by his (wife) Lynn, Children, Grand children and one Great Grand Child, and nieces & nephews. He is also survived by his many friends, his best friend Buddy.He is preceded in death by his Father: Charles and his Mother: Ruby Brothers: Jimmy & Eddie.Thank you to all the Doctors, Nurses, Hospices nurses & Staff, Kevin Bradley, his fellow drivers that were not only friends, but his other family and others that were supportive and helped in taking care of Mike, as he fought the battle of Cancer.Mike was a one of a Kind person, funny, hard working, fair ,he put on this tough exterior, but on the inside he was loving, caring, kind, giving and tender hearted. He will be greatly MISSED.
