Robin Lynne (Dzyak) Kennedy

 

Robin Lynne Kennedy, 58, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on November 28, 2023.

She was born in Connellsville, PA on September 12, 1965. Robin attended and was a 1983 graduate of Southmoreland High School in Alverton, PA. 

 

She has served the Montgomery County-Clarksville area as a licensed Broker Realtor with Coldwell Banker CM&H. During her 26-year career as a realtor and broker she served as an Ombudsman and held several positions on various committees within The Clarksville Association of Realtors and The Tennessee Association of Realtors. Serving her clients and her fellow Realtors was her passion. She has been a mentor to many and has helped many families in our community.  

 

Robin was a long-time member of the Clarksville Kennel Club serving as an officer and board member for many years as well as a member of the Irish Setter Club of America. She enjoyed showing and training her dogs in various dog shows and especially supporting children in junior showmanship.

 

Robin was preceded in death by grandparents Gaylord & Jeanette Gardner of Connellsville, PA, and father John Dzyak of Monessen, PA. She is survived by husband of 30 years, Michael D Kennedy; children Heather (Gage Courville) Goodwin of St Martinville, LA; David (Kacie Palmer) Sussman of Salina, KS; and Rachel (James) Ferebee of Manhattan, KS; grandchildren Layla and Paxton Courville, Vera and Oliver Sussman, and James Ferebee; parents John and Jennifer Dzyak of Scottdale, PA; and sister, Jamie Glenn and niece, Shirley Glenn of Clarksville, TN. 

 

The family would like to thank the staff, especially the Cardiovascular ICU at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, for their care and their kindness to Robin and the family.

 

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
