Santos Reynario Ramírez Martínez, nació en Doctor Arroyo, Nuevo León, México, el 3 de Abril de 1980. Hijo de José Isabel Ramírez Lara y Bernardina Martínez Martínez. Falleció el 15 de Noviembre de 2022 a los 42 años de edad en Nashville, TN, a manos de una persona sin escrúpulos. Fue un gran hijo, un gran padre y un buen esposo. También fue un hombre muy trabajador. Su cuerpo fue trasladado a su país de origen y fue sepultado en el Panteón Municipal de Doctor Arroyo, Nuevo León, México. Descansa en paz, Rey.
