Scot Evans Copeland-Age 62, departed on February 24, 2016. He was born on January 22, 1954, and resided in Nashville, Tennessee since 1985.
A graduate of the University of Montevallo and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he just completed thirty years as Artistic Director for the nationally recognized Nashville Children's Theatre.
His wife, René Dunshee Copeland, and their two sons, Joshua Copeland and Benjamin Copeland, ask that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to Nashville Children's Theatre in Scot's name.
A memorial service celebrating Scot's life will be held at Nashville Children's Theatre on April 3, 2016, at 3p.
