
Scott Fox, age 51, passed away on Tuesday, June 16 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Scott was born on December 28, 1963 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Fred and Onah Fox.
He grew up in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School. Scott enjoyed all sports and played football for Clinton High School, Austin Peay State University, and the Houston Oilers.
After graduating from Austin Peay, and a brief stint in professional football, Scott lived in Nashville with his former wife Tammy Fox Renfroe.
He was proud to have three amazing daughters. He worked in car sales and enjoyed golfing and grilling.
Scott was a member of Hillwood Presbyterian Church in Nashville.
Survivors include his three children: Mackenzie Fox, Skylar Fox, and Jordan Fox; his parents: Fred and Onah Fox; his sister: Venessa Fox Seivers; brother-in-law: David Seivers; and many other extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 27, at 2:00 p.m. in The Pavilion at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens Funeral Home off Highway 100 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Scott will also be remembered in a private service in Clinton, Tennessee at the annual Fox Family Reunion in late July.15.
