Violet Kelly

Violet “Sue” Kelly, 81, Lost her battle with COPD and Dementia Monday, May 19, 2014.She was born December 28, 1932 in Nashville, TN. She resided in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1968 to 2013. She retired from Ochsner Hospital in 1997 where she worked as an X-Ray technologist for 30 years.She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Myrtle E Flowers Kelly and Ollie Burton Kelly, siblings Georgia Kelly Sanders, Clara Kelly Dunn, Bobby E. Kelly and Thomas B. Kelly. She leaves behind nieces and nephews Dana Kelly Mathis, Scott Kelly, Jenny Kelly Smith, and Thomas B. Kelly, Jr and their children.The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Gentiva Hospice for their kind and loving support over the past several months caring for "Aunt Sue."
