Mr. Barry (Bart) M. Galloway, age 67 of Dover, TN, passed away on the 27th of May, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN surrounded by his wife and daughter.

Bart was born June 15, 1953 in Key West, Florida. He found great joy in sharing life with his family and friends. He loved traveling, whether it was for work or pleasure. Even in the darkest of times, Bart was known for having humor and fun in any situation. According to his family, “His joyful pranky spirit was one of a kind. He was first and foremost dedicated to his family.” His family was always his most important priority. Bart lived life on his own terms, always following to the beat of his own drum. With his zest for life, there was never a dull moment. He loved God, his family, and his country. His biggest hobbies and passions were anything thrill seeking, including flying, motorcycle rides, and amusement parks. He lived life to the absolute fullest. Bart made an impact on so many people and is loved by so many.

Bart is survived by his wife: Theresa, and daughter: Bailee, whom he cherished. His parents: Edward D and Patricia Galloway, two sisters: Kimerli Galloway and Kristin (Ric) Fiano; and brother: Darryl (Cynthia) Galloway. His Sister-in-Law, Sandi (Tim) Harrington, Niece: Nicole Harrington. Father-in-Law, Bud Conyers, his loving dog Lulu, along with many friends who are so dear to him and his heart.

He would want everyone to remember the many good times he had in his life, and the happiness that he shared.

The family will conduct celebration of life services at a later day.

We will forever remember and adore Bart, and we will stand stronger knowing you are watching over us all as we pursue our life’s journey.
