My brother Larry. …child number one of eight raised on the Banks of Lake Erie in Northeast Ohio. I am his baby sister of three sisters and child number six of eight. What a fabulous musician songwriter who helped heal my pain and soul with his original song “ I Wouldn’t Give Up Heaven for the World “ Now Larry has been taken to a Mansion in Heaven

My Brother Larry was a GREAT man who cared for his whole family. When i say his whole family i mean his Wife his sons his grandkids and his siblings. I don’t think there was a time when one of his brothers or sisters needed his help and every time he was there to help. Looking back i don’t think there was any time when his immediate family didn’t have a brother or sister living with them as he could never turn us down. I will forever be grateful for all the help he gave me and my family when i needed it and his Wonderful Wife Molly was right there with him helping us also. If my brother would have had an ego everybody in the country would of known him because his music and his voice was as good if not better than a lot of country stars. Rest in Peace my wonderful loving, lead by example brother Lawrence Robert Whinnery Jr. God Bless Brother TIM. WE WILL MEET AGAIN

I will always cherish my fond memories of my Uncle Larry. His home is, forever in my mind a place of openness , kindness, inclusion and family. It was the hub … the gathering place..as a child and as an adult my safety and refuge from the storms in my life. Aunt Molly and Uncle Larry’s generosity, are a constant example of family and love and acceptance. You will be missed and never forgotten. I love you, Uncle Larry. Love Gretchen.

Being only 2 years younger than my brother Larry I have many memories growing up together. I was always so proud of him who was a great teacher and admired by his students but most of all his beautiful voice. He will be missed by so many, his wife and his sons, grandchildren, his siblings. I will miss him so. Love you Larry
